擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)液壓缸(gang)是(shi)輸(shu)出扭矩并實現往復(fu)運動(dong)(dong)的(de)執行元件,有單(dan)葉片、雙葉片、螺(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)等幾(ji)種形式(shi)。葉片式(shi)式(shi):定(ding)子(zi)塊固定(ding)在(zai)(zai)缸(gang)體(ti)上(shang),而葉片和轉子(zi)連(lian)接在(zai)(zai)一起。根據進油方(fang)向,葉片將帶動(dong)(dong)轉子(zi)作往復(fu)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)又分(fen)單(dan)螺(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)和雙螺(luo)旋(xuan)兩種,現在(zai)(zai)雙螺(luo)旋(xuan)比較(jiao)常用,靠兩個螺(luo)旋(xuan)副降液壓缸(gang)內(nei)活塞(sai)的(de)直(zhi)線運動(dong)(dong)轉變為直(zhi)線運動(dong)(dong)與自轉運動(dong)(dong)的(de)復(fu)he運動(dong)(dong),從而實現擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)運動(dong)(dong)。

缸筒和(he)缸蓋
一般來說,缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)和缸(gang)(gang)蓋的結構(gou)形(xing)(xing)式(shi)和其使(shi)用(yong)的材料有關。工作壓力p<10MPa時(shi)(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)鑄(zhu)(zhu)鐵;p<20MPa時(shi)(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)無縫鋼管(guan);p>20MPa時(shi)(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)鑄(zhu)(zhu)鋼或鍛鋼。法蘭連接式(shi),結構(gou)簡單,容(rong)易(yi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工,也容(rong)易(yi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)拆,但外形(xing)(xing)尺(chi)(chi)寸和重(zhong)量都(dou)較(jiao)大,常用(yong)于(yu)(yu)鑄(zhu)(zhu)鐵制(zhi)的缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)上(shang)。半環連接式(shi),它(ta)的缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)壁部因開了環形(xing)(xing)槽而(er)削弱了強(qiang)度(du),為(wei)此有時(shi)(shi)(shi)要加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)厚缸(gang)(gang)壁,它(ta)容(rong)易(yi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工和裝(zhuang)(zhuang)拆,重(zhong)量較(jiao)輕(qing),常用(yong)于(yu)(yu)無縫鋼管(guan)或鍛鋼制(zhi)的缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)上(shang)。螺紋連接式(shi),它(ta)的缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)端部結構(gou)復雜,外徑加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工時(shi)(shi)(shi)要求保證內外徑同心,裝(zhuang)(zhuang)拆要使(shi)用(yong)工具,它(ta)的外形(xing)(xing)尺(chi)(chi)寸和重(zhong)量都(dou)較(jiao)小,常用(yong)于(yu)(yu)無縫鋼管(guan)或鑄(zhu)(zhu)鋼制(zhi)的缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)上(shang)。拉桿(gan)連接式(shi),結構(gou)的通(tong)用(yong)性大,容(rong)易(yi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工和裝(zhuang)(zhuang)拆,但外形(xing)(xing)尺(chi)(chi)寸較(jiao)大,且較(jiao)重(zhong)。焊接連接式(shi),結構(gou)簡單,尺(chi)(chi)寸小,但缸(gang)(gang)底(di)處內徑不(bu)易(yi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工,且可能引起變形(xing)(xing)。
、液(ye)壓缸低速爬(pa)行的現(xian)象(xiang)
液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸的活塞桿在油壓(ya)(ya)的作用下伸(shen)出(chu)或(huo)縮(suo)回時,經(jing)常出(chu)現(xian)速(su)度不均勻現(xian)象,并(bing)有(you)(you)(you)時伴有(you)(you)(you)振(zhen)(zhen)動和異(yi)響,從而引(yin)起(qi)整個液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系統的振(zhen)(zhen)動,并(bing)帶動主機(ji)(ji)其它部(bu)件振(zhen)(zhen)動,在主機(ji)(ji)調試(shi)過(guo)程中經(jing)常出(chu)現(xian),有(you)(you)(you)時速(su)度快(kuai)了,這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象會減輕。除因液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系統管路引(yin)起(qi)這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象以外,液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸自身產生(sheng)的振(zhen)(zhen)動也經(jing)常引(yin)發此類現(xian)象。
原因分析
液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸有桿腔和無桿腔存有氣(qi)體而產生的(de)低速爬行,由于氣(qi)體混在(zai)(zai)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)油中,在(zai)(zai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力的(de)作用(yong)下,容(rong)器內(nei)體積變化,在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)作用(yong)下甚至發生氣(qi)體瞬(shun)間(jian),從而引起液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸的(de)速度不穩定。
